Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule up to 30 days prior to your reservation. After this, you will be charged the full amount without refund and a rescheduling option. No calls and no shows will be charged the full amount as well. If you are more than 30 minutes past your scheduled or agreed upon pick up time, you forfeit your reservation and the no show no call charging applies.
